DR. LIU ERZHUANG
刘二壮博士
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Liu, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the company’s overall management and leading semiconductor and solar power cleaning equipment development, manufacturing, and business development.
Dr. Liu has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Liu worked in a key executive position in various leading semiconductor companies, such as Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd., Shanghai Advanced Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Cree corp., Lam Research Corporation, and Unigroup.
Dr. Liu graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University, majoring in semiconductor physics and devices, and received a Ph.D. from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom. He is also a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University in the United States and has an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

MR. TAN JUE
谭崛
President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tan, Executive director. President, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the Company’s Strategic development and operational management investment activities, financial management, corporate governance, as well as public and investor relations.
Mr. Tan has over 15 years of experience in financial management, mergers & acquisitions, capital market, and corporate governance and has closed transactions amounting to multi-billion US dollars. He joined IDG Capital in 2013 as a key member of the fund’s investment in companies in growth and mature stages and has also gained extensive experience in the management of portfolio companies in areas of finance, operation, internal control, and corporate governance. From 2006 to 2013, he worked at the Beijing Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultants Shenzhen Limited for 7 years.
Mr. Tan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Renmin University of China. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
